Keep Contact Info Current - It is the owner's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date with the Ticonderoga Administrator. This includes US mailing address, email address and phone number. All new owners need to submit this information as soon as their land purchase closes. Please use the 'Contact Us' page on this website to submit your contact info or email to: tico.admin@ticonderoga-oa.com
Vehicle Stickers - All vechicles (automobiles, ATVs, UTVs, etc) must each display a Ticonderoga vehicle sticker when driven anywhere inside Ticonderoga (residential subdivisions and recreational open space). Please sumbit request for vehicle stickers on the 'Contact Us' page of this webisite.
Gate Access will be granted to new owners after their contact info has been submitted. Requests for addtional gate features (residency listings, temp codes, etc) should be sumbitted on the 'Contact Us' page of this website.
Annual Owner / Membership Meeting - Every year (first full weekend of August), the board of directors invites all members to attend this special annual meeting. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and vote on Ticonderoga issues (including the proposed annual budget). In recent years, the meeting has taken place at Bear Pond. Lunch is always provided to all members attending. Invitations and more info are emailed to all members every July.
To receive a dumpster key, submit your request on the 'Contact Us' page of this website. You will be contacted concerning the next steps to receive your key.
In addition to information updated on this website, newsletters and announcements will be emailed to all members. This is another important reason to always keep your contact info up to date. Individual annual assessments are emailed to members every January and due by January 31st.
